Find the original notice, decision, contract announcement or filing. Record its date and identifier.

Separate a proposal, approval, signed award, delivery and operational acceptance.

Name the affected requirement, industrial function, supplier relationship or project.

WHAT WOULD CHANGE THE VIEW?
Set the next indicator and retain contradictory evidence, revisions and unresolved gaps.

Keep an evidence record
Record source organisation, original URL, document identifier, original language, publication date, event date and retrieval date. Save the exact claim, separate your inference, note corroboration and identify the next fact that could change the conclusion. Multiple copies of one press release remain one upstream source.
